Early Sunday morning JAS and I loaded up Suzy the Suzuki and headed out to the Urban Air Market in Hayes Valley (San Francisco) to sell at my first market ever. It was easily one of the best days in San Francisco, warm, sunny, the perfect Sunday.
I met a lot of wonderful people and some of my dearest friends came out to support. Thank you folks so much, it absolutely made my day.
My first sale of the day was at 10:58 am, 2 minutes before the market opened to a lovely couple from Toronto on their way to the Painted Ladies. I could not have been more excited.
I brought figs from our tree to share and JAS decided to sell some delicious cookies and biscuits which kept pulling the crowds in and eventually sold out! We had a blast…and will be doing it again very very soon.
The booth looks fab and I am loving the chevron-esque pillows. Wish I could have been there. And shout out to JAS for those biscuits and cookies…I am salivating over here. Hope to catch you at a market near me soon!
Love the dynamic duo action and all the customer shots! Rock out, indigo girl.
So proud of you both…it reminds me of a song by the young and great NeYo and Fab…
I’m a movement by myself But I’m a force when we’re together….
Kenya, I love everything about this, I would love to attend one of your events. Plz take pics of your fabulous pieces so I can pick what I want to buy. So proud of you! Love, Aunt Lisa
